Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for analyzing and optimizing digital processes within the existing Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You work closely with internal customers to translate their needs into functional solutions, and proactively think along with them about new policies and changes within the platform.

In addition, you will support larger digitization projects in which you map out the customer's processes and translate them into clear functional requirements for new software development or integration into existing solutions. You will work within a fixed architectural framework of the client and apply modelling languages such as ArchiMate to structure and document your analyses.
